Delivery and payment

At the Dmitrix online store, we strive to ensure fast, secure, and transparent processing of your orders. As we sell valuable smart devices, transaction security and delivery reliability are our top priorities.

Below, you can read all the details regarding currently supported payment and delivery methods.

Payment Methods

Currently, we support secure and verified cashless payments that do not incur any fees for the customer.

  • Payment by proforma invoice (bank transfer): After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details for transferring funds to our business transaction account (IBAN). The order will be processed and dispatched as soon as the payment is visible in our account (usually the next business day).

  • Payment with Flik (Instant Payment): For the fastest order processing, we recommend using the Flik system. Transfers via the Flik Pay application (or your mobile banking app) are free and visible within seconds. This means we can prepare and dispatch your device on the same day.

Delivery Methods and Costs

All devices are carefully and securely packaged before shipping to prevent any potential damage during transit.

  • Delivery within Slovenia (Pošta Slovenije): Our contractual partner for parcel delivery throughout Slovenia is Pošta Slovenije (Slovenian Post).

    • Delivery time: Once your payment is processed, we dispatch the package as soon as possible. Pošta Slovenije usually delivers packages within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

    • Tracking: As soon as we hand over the package to the courier, you will receive a notification and a tracking number, which you can use to monitor your package's journey.

     

  • Personal pickup in Ljubljana (Free): If you are from Ljubljana or the surrounding area, you can choose the option of free personal pickup.

    • Personal pickup is possible strictly by prior arrangement.

    • Once your order is placed and paid for, we will contact you (via email or phone) to arrange the exact day, time, and location for pickup in Ljubljana.

    • Upon pickup, you must present your order confirmation and an identification document that matches the details on the order.
