Terms and Conditions

The general terms and conditions of the Dmitrix online store are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

The Dmitrix online store is operated by a sole proprietor (hereinafter: the provider). Visitors to the website or buyers are kindly requested to carefully read these general terms and conditions before using the online store and making a purchase.

2. Availability of Information

The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:

  • Company identity and contact details.

  • Essential characteristics of the goods, including a precise description of their condition (for used and refurbished devices).

  • The final price of the goods, including all taxes and duties.

  • Terms and costs of goods delivery.

  • Payment terms and method of fulfillment.

  • The right to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for exercising it.

  • Information about warranty and complaint resolution procedures.

3. Prices and Devices (New and Used)

All prices in the online store are stated in euros (€). Prices are valid at the time of order placement and do not have a predetermined validity period.

Special feature of used and refurbished devices: Our offer includes both new and used smartphones, laptops, and tablets. For each used or refurbished product, the degree of preservation is clearly indicated (e.g., Excellent, Very good, Good). Images of used devices may be symbolic, but the provider guarantees that the device functions flawlessly technically and matches the stated condition description.

4. Payment Methods

In the online store, we offer the following payment methods:

  • Payment by proforma invoice (UPN order): To the company's bank account via mobile banking or payment slip.

  • Payment by credit card: (Visa, Mastercard) via a secure online interface.

  • Cash on delivery: Payment to the delivery service upon receipt of the package (cash or card).

5. Delivery

The provider will deliver the goods within the agreed timeframe. Our contracted partner for package delivery is [Name of delivery service, e.g., Pošta Slovenije / GLS]. Delivery costs are calculated at the completion of the order. For orders over €50, shipping is free.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The consumer has the right to inform the provider (via email at info@dmitrix.eu) within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state a reason for their decision.

The consumer must return the goods undamaged, in unchanged quantity, and in their original packaging, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost, or their quantity has decreased without fault of the consumer. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods (postage). The provider will refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after receiving the notification of withdrawal and the returned goods.

7. Warranty

All new devices come with a manufacturer's warranty, as stated on the warranty card. For all used and refurbished devices, the provider offers a 12-month warranty on flawless operation. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Physical damage (drops, impacts).

  • Contact with liquids.

  • Unauthorized interference with the device's hardware or software.

  • Normal wear and tear of consumables (e.g., reduction in battery capacity with use).

8. Complaints and Disputes

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation and makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system. Complaints are submitted via email to info@dmitrix.eu. The complaint handling process is confidential.

With the desire for a quick and amicable resolution of any disagreements, the provider strives for out-of-court dispute resolution.
