SONOFF SenseGuard Presence Core 24G (SNZB-06P24) is a highly advanced smart home sensor that solves the biggest frustration of traditional motion detectors: lights turning off while you are sitting still. Using next-generation 24 GHz mmWave radar technology, it detects the absolute smallest micro-movements—even the expansion of your chest while breathing—ensuring your automations know exactly when a room is occupied.
Since it requires constant USB power, it acts as a powerful Zigbee 3.0 router, actively expanding the range and stability of your entire smart home mesh network.
Key Features
True presence detection: Unlike standard PIR sensors, which only see large movements across a room, 24 GHz radar monitors stationary presence. Whether you are working quietly at a desk, reading on the couch, or sleeping, the sensor keeps your automations active.
7 adjustable detection zones: The radar maps the room up to 4 meters away. Using the app or Home Assistant, you can independently enable or disable 7 different distance zones. This allows you to ignore movement in a hallway while monitoring presence on a sofa.
Self-learning interference prevention: The sensor features built-in calibration tools that automatically learn and filter out background mechanical noise, completely preventing false triggers from rotating desk fans, air conditioners, or robotic vacuum cleaners.
Built-in light (Lux) sensor: Monitor ambient brightness in real-time. You can build advanced automations that trigger lights only if human presence is detected and the room's brightness falls below your specified lux threshold.
Magnetic swivel base: The base attaches to a wall or ceiling with adhesive or screws, while the sensor head snaps on magnetically. This allows you to effortlessly aim the radar exactly where you need it or easily detach it for firmware updates.
